With over 16 years of experience, Duncan has established a strong reputation as a highly skilled senior-level professional in leadership for strategic communication, as well as the design, management, and implementation of innovative Social and Behavior Change Campaigns, brand development, and international and public relations interventions. A commitment to research and staying up to date on industry trends has refined Duncan’s exceptional communication and PR skills.

As a certified Master Trainer of Trainers through the prestigious Johns Hopkins Center for Communication Programs’ Leadership in Strategic Communication Workshop (LSCW), Duncan brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to every project. In addition, Duncan serves as a guest lecturer at Makerere University’s Mass Communication Department, where they teach applied strategic communication and public relations to the next generation of industry leaders.

Duncan has co-facilitated multiple Leadership in Strategic Communication Workshops (LSCWs) across Africa and has developed comprehensive communication, branding, marketing, and PR plans for various organizations. As a member of the African faculty for the Johns Hopkins University/Center for Communication Programs (JHU/CCP) workshop, Duncan demonstrates a high level of proficiency in promoting effective communication strategies. Their expertise in creating impactful messaging and driving successful marketing campaigns is widely recognized.

Additionally, Duncan is a member of the Uganda Marketers Society and the Africa Social and Behavior Change Association and previously served on the board of the Africa Social Marketing Association.
